Switching plans

Open Settings → Billing and pick your new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect immediately too, your credit allowance is replaced and any extra connected accounts get hidden (not deleted , they come back if you upgrade again).

What about the AlloPass NFT?

If you hold an AlloPass NFT, your account is automatically on Pro for as long as you hold one. We check this every time you open the dashboard. Selling the NFT removes the perk on your next visit.

Overages

Any plan can turn off the hard cap to allow overages billed via Stripe at $0.02 per credit. See How credits work.
