1. Agreement to Terms
FuturePost is a product of Allo GmbH, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using FuturePost (the "Service"), including our website, web application, API, and browser extension (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using FuturePost, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To use FuturePost, you sign in with your 𝕏 (Twitter) account via OAuth. By authenticating, you authorize us to access your 𝕏 account information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your 𝕏 account credentials.
- All activity that occurs through your FuturePost account.
- Ensuring your 𝕏 account and any content you publish through FuturePost complies with 𝕏's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
4. Description of Service
FuturePost provides tools for managing your 𝕏 presence:
- Tweet scheduling: schedule, draft, edit, and publish tweets, threads, polls, quote tweets, and media posts.
- Media gallery: upload, organize, edit, and reuse media (Starter plan and above).
- Analytics: track follower growth and post performance over time (Pro and above).
- Automation: per-post auto-retweet and auto-plug (Pro+), and rotating scheduled automations from a pool of drafts.
- Team collaboration: shared draft library, role-based access, and shared 𝕏 account access (Team plan).
- Browser extension: mass-unfollow tool with built-in safety limits (free for every plan).
- Referral / affiliate program: 10% commission on referred subscriptions for 12 months.
5. Subscription Plans, Credits & Billing
5.1 Plans
FuturePost offers four plans:
- Free, $0/month. 15 credits, 1 connected 𝕏 account, basic scheduling, free browser extension. Link posts are not supported on Free.
- Starter, $6/month or $60/year. 350 credits, 1 connected 𝕏 account, threads & polls, media gallery.
- Pro, $12/month or $120/year. 700 credits, up to 5 connected 𝕏 accounts, full analytics, auto-retweet & auto-plug, scheduled automations.
- Team, $24/month or $228/year. 1,400 credits, unlimited 𝕏 accounts, unlimited team members, shared drafts, role-based access.
5.2 The Credit System
Posts you publish through FuturePost consume credits from your monthly allowance:
- One regular post costs 1 credit.
- One post that contains a URL (a "link post") costs 15 credits, because 𝕏 charges approximately 13× more on its API for posts that contain links.
- Drafts cost nothing. Only scheduled and published posts consume credits.
- Each post in a thread counts separately.
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. The Free plan does not allow link posts.
5.3 Hard Cap and Metered Overages
By default, posting is paused once your credit allowance is exhausted ("hard cap on"). You can disable the hard cap in Settings → Billing, in which case credits used past your monthly allowance are billed via Stripe at $0.02 per credit at the end of your billing cycle.
5.4 Free Trial
New subscribers to Starter, Pro, or Team receive a 14-day free trial. We require a payment method on file at trial start; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. Only one trial per user is permitted.
5.5 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe in advance, either monthly or annually based on your selection. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Yearly subscriptions are charged once for the full year.
5.6 Plan Switching
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are immediate and Stripe prorates the difference. Downgrades are immediate and replace your credit allowance and connected-account limit on the new plan.
5.7 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not automatically refund partial periods, but we review refund requests case by case on good-faith grounds. Email support@futurepost.ai.
5.8 Payment Failures
If a charge fails, Stripe will retry automatically over several days, and we will email you each retry. If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your account drops to the Free plan.
5.9 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email and an in-app banner. Existing subscribers keep their original price until the next renewal after the change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
5.10 Taxes
Listed prices are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated. We use Stripe Tax to calculate and collect VAT, GST, or sales tax based on your billing address where required by law.
5.11 AlloPass NFT Perk
Holders of an AlloPass NFT receive the Pro plan at no charge while they continue to hold one. We verify NFT ownership periodically via api.allo.dev. If you sell or transfer the NFT, the perk is removed on your next dashboard visit.
6. Affiliate & Referral Program
Every account has a unique referral link in Settings → Affiliate. When someone subscribes to a paid plan through your link, you earn 10% commission on every payment they make for the first 12 months.
- Commissions accrue monthly. Refunds reverse the corresponding commission.
- Payouts are processed monthly for balances above $25, via Stripe Connect (bank transfer).
- You may not self-refer or create fraudulent accounts. Referred users must use a different 𝕏 account and a different payment method than yours.
- You must not use misleading, deceptive, or spammy tactics to acquire referrals, and you must comply with applicable advertising-disclosure rules (e.g. FTC, EU consumer law).
We reserve the right to void commissions from accounts that violate these rules, modify the program (including commission rates), or terminate it entirely with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FuturePost to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or 𝕏's Terms of Service / Developer Agreement.
- Post or schedule spam, malware, scams, or deliberately misleading content.
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake-engagement, or platform manipulation.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other users or third parties.
- Infringe on the intellectual-property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair FuturePost or 𝕏.
- Circumvent the credit-quota system, automated rate-limiting, or any other safety mechanism.
- Resell access to the Service without our written authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
8. Browser Extension
The FuturePost browser extension requires access to your x.com session. By installing the extension, you acknowledge that it:
- Reads x.com session cookies for authentication.
- Reads page content on x.com to sync your following list (usernames, follower counts, last-tweet dates, verified status).
- Performs unfollow actions on your behalf only at your explicit direction.
8.1 Built-In Safety Limits
To protect your 𝕏 account, the extension enforces the following safety limits which you cannot override:
- 5 to 12 seconds random delay between unfollow actions.
- 5 to 8 minute cooldown after every 45 unfollows.
- A hard daily cap of 400 unfollow actions per 𝕏 account.
- Automatic 5-minute pause if 𝕏 returns a rate-limit error.
- The batch stops automatically after 3 consecutive non-rate-limit failures.
These limits are based on 𝕏's documented per-15-minute action ceiling and observed daily thresholds. You are nonetheless solely responsible for compliance with 𝕏's Terms of Service, and FuturePost is not liable for actions 𝕏 takes against your account.
9. Team Accounts
Team features allow multiple users to access shared 𝕏 accounts. The team owner is responsible for:
- Managing team-member access and role assignments.
- All content posted by team members through shared accounts.
- Ensuring team members comply with these Terms.
Available roles:
- Owner, full control, including billing and team deletion.
- Admin, everything except billing and team deletion.
- Editor, can create and save drafts; cannot schedule or publish.
- Viewer, read-only.
If the Team plan ends, your additional teams (beyond your Personal Team) are hidden from the dashboard but their data is preserved. They return to view if you upgrade back to Team.
10. Content & Intellectual Property
10.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, schedule, or publish through FuturePost. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (including to render previews, deliver media, post to 𝕏, and surface analytics).
10.2 Media Uploads
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and publish any media or content you provide. Media is stored on AWS S3 and is accessible only through your account or accounts you explicitly share it with.
10.3 Our Property
The FuturePost name, logo, website, application code, and all related intellectual property are owned by FuturePost. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to our trademarks or proprietary technology.
10.4 DMCA / Copyright Complaints
If you believe content uploaded through the Service infringes your copyright, email dmca@futurepost.ai with:
- A description of the copyrighted work and where it's being infringed.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will investigate and may remove the content. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
11. Third-Party Services
FuturePost integrates with 𝕏 (Twitter), Stripe, AWS, useSend, Allo.dev, and Endorsely. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. If 𝕏 changes its API, suspends its Developer Agreement, or otherwise restricts the actions we are permitted to take on your behalf, parts of FuturePost may stop functioning without notice.
12. Service Availability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- That scheduled posts will publish at the exact second specified (𝕏 API latency and rate limits can cause delays).
- Perfectly accurate or real-time analytics.
- Continued compatibility with 𝕏's API.
- Successful execution of unfollow actions on every account (𝕏 may rate-limit or block individual actions).
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuturePost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue.
- Failed, delayed, or duplicated tweet publishing.
- Data loss or corruption.
- Actions taken by 𝕏 against your account (including suspension, throttling, or shadow-banning).
- Unauthorized access caused by compromise of credentials outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to FuturePost in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuturePost from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, (d) your violation of any third-party right, including 𝕏's Terms of Service.
15. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Upon deletion:
- All 𝕏 OAuth tokens are revoked.
- All your data (drafts, scheduled posts, media, analytics, team memberships, automations, unfollow logs, subscription records) is permanently deleted.
- Active subscriptions are canceled. Refunds for unused time on a paid period are reviewed case by case.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or risk to other users.
16. Force Majeure
FuturePost is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, internet outages, infrastructure provider outages (AWS, Stripe, 𝕏), pandemic, or natural disaster.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service and via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is the registered seat of Allo GmbH (Hannover, Germany), to the extent permitted by law.
If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation). Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by writing to info@allo.dev.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not voluntarily participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
