Account settings
Email, time zone, theme, and notification preferences.
Everything personal lives in Settings (gear icon at the bottom of the sidebar): email, time zone, appearance, notifications, and connected accounts.
Email address
Your email is set on first sign-in from your 𝕏 confirmed email. After that, we never auto-overwrite it from 𝕏. Change it manually under Account → Email if needed.
All transactional emails go to this address: receipts, payment alerts, weekly recaps, failure notifications.
Time zone
Schedule times are interpreted in your team's time zone, not yours personally. Change the team time zone under Settings → Teams → General. If you have multiple teams, each can have its own zone.
Appearance
- Theme: light, dark, or follow system.
- Reading direction: left-to-right or right-to-left.
- Time format: 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
Notifications
Open Settings → Notifications to toggle individual email types. The categories are:
Posts
- Post published: confirmation when a scheduled post goes live.
- Post failed: alert with the failure reason and a reschedule link.
- 𝕏 connection expired: when we can't post because your auth needs refreshing.
Account & billing
- Credit usage alerts: at 80% used and when posting is blocked at 100%.
- Team invites: when someone adds you to a team.
Engagement
- Weekly recap: Mondays. Top 3 posts plus follower delta.
- Inactivity nudge: gentle reminder after 7 days without posting (max once every 2 weeks).
Automation (Pro+)
- Auto-retweet executed: confirmation when an auto-retweet fires.
- Auto-plug posted: confirmation when an auto-plug reply goes out.
Connected accounts
Open Settings → Teams → Accounts to see all 𝕏 accounts connected to the current team. You can:
- Connect another 𝕏 account (subject to plan limits: 1 on Starter, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Team).
- Disconnect an account from a team. Disconnecting doesn't delete the account row; it just unlinks it from the team.
- Reconnect if 𝕏 auth has expired.
Logging out
Log out ends your current session and invalidates the token on every device. You'll need to sign in again with 𝕏 next time.
Deleting your account
Under Account → Delete account. We'll revoke your 𝕏 OAuth tokens, delete all your drafts, scheduled posts, gallery items, and analytics history. Cancel your subscription first if you have one active.
