Media gallery
Upload, organize, and reuse images across your posts.
The gallery is your reusable image library. Upload once, drop it into any post. Organize by category, edit in place, and reuse across teams.
Uploading
Open Gallery from the sidebar, then click Upload. Drag & drop multiple files at once, or browse to select. Each image becomes a row in your library.
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, up to 5 MB each.
- Videos: MP4 (chunked upload coming soon).
Storage limits
- Starter: 1 GB
- Pro: 5 GB
- Team: 10 GB
Storage is shared across all teams you own. The progress bar at the bottom of the gallery sidebar shows your usage.
Categories
Tag any image with one or more categories (e.g. memes, product, graphs) to make finding it later easier. Click Edit on any item and use the tag input.
Categories also power Random media: when composing, you can pick a category instead of a specific image, and we'll grab a random one from that category at post time. Useful for "evergreen" templates.
In-composer image editor
Click the wand icon on any image (in the gallery or composer) to open the editor. You can crop, rotate, flip, and add image tags (people tags that ๐ displays under the photo). Saving creates an edited version , the original is preserved.
Bulk select
In the gallery, click the Select button to enter bulk mode. Click items to toggle, then use the floating action bar to:
- Delete multiple at once
- Add to category in bulk
Reusing across teams
Media you upload is scoped to the team you were viewing when you uploaded. To share across teams, currently you re-upload, team-shared galleries are on the roadmap.
