How to find who doesn't follow you back on X
The short answer
On a single profile, a Follows you badge sits next to the handle if they follow you back. There is no list, no filter and no export in X itself. To see all of them at once, open the Futurepost extension on x.com and turn off Protect mutuals: the following list then shows everyone who does not follow you back.

A small Follows you badge means they do. No badge means they do not.

That switch hides the people who follow you back. Off, you see the rest.

Add a second filter before you act.
Non-mutual on its own is a poor reason to unfollow. Combine it with inactive for 60 days and you get accounts that are both silent and uninterested.

Worth knowing
Clearing every non-mutual is the fastest way to make your timeline worse. The journalists, writers and large accounts worth following will never follow you back, and they are usually the reason the timeline is worth opening.
